DAVID Warner and Michael Clarke shared a 158-run third wicket stand - and so did their partners.

Candice Falzon and Kyly Clarke provided a behind-the-scenes insight into the WAG experience via their social media accounts as they watched together from the Gabba stands.

Falzon and Warner have been inseparable since announcing themselves as a couple earlier this year. Neither have been shy about taking to Twitter and Instagram to declare their love for one another - and Saturday was no exception.

"Congrats to my amazing boy @davidwarner31 on his first ashes century today," Falzon tweeted. "Keep em coming boys."

Falzon, a star of the surf life saving scene and a regular in the social pages, conversed with Shane Warne, AFL star Dale Thomas and television personality Julia Morris on Twitter as her partner smashed his way to 124 from 154 balls.

"The kids a freak!!" she tweeted Thomas. "Unbelievable."

"I think I'm the lucky one having @davidwarner31," she tweeted Morris.

Falzon has been credited with improving Warner's fitness and bringing stability to his often turbulent private life. With Warner unbeaten on 45 at stumps on Friday, the pair headed into Brisbane for a romantic meal.

"Beautiful dinner to ignite at Aria restaurant in Brisbane with @davidwarner31," Falzon tweeted. "Thanks @chefmattmoran for the hospitality. Food was outstanding."

Kyly Clarke began the third day's play by tweeting a photo of herself and Falzon.

"Enjoying the morning at the Gabba with @candyfalzon #support #love #cricket #ashes," she tweeted.

And when Clarke continued his mastery of the Gabba with another century, Kyly was quick to take to Twitter to share her excitement.

"Congratulations to my hubby @MClarke23 for his 25th Century, over 1000 runs #gabba #ashes #proudaspunch," she tweeted.

Clarke's brilliant innings eventually ended on 113 when bowled by Graeme Swann.
